I can’t thank Leon and the Murray team enough for saving our cross-country trip! While driving through town, the front wheel bearing on our Ram 1500 suddenly let go, and we were stuck in a tough spot. But then we found Murray Chrysler Jeep Ram, and they turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. From the moment we called, Leon, the service advisor, was incredibly professional, communicative, and personable. He really took the time to explain what was going on with our truck and made sure we were updated every step of the way. The team at the dealership managed to fit us in right away, and within under 3 hours, we were back on the road. It's not every day that you experience such excellent customer service, especially when you're in the middle of a long trip. Their fast, efficient, and friendly service truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're ever in need of service or repairs, I highly recommend Murray Chrysler Jeep Ram—they're a lifesaver!

Leon has been such an incredible, communicative, reliable, and trustworthy advisor! I’ve bounced through a few advisors who are no longer there and I moved into Leon’s service and I could not be more happy! Every issue that I have had with my Ram since he has been my advisor has been dealt with immediately and fixed same day! Dropped my Ram off this morning with no appointment due to an issue that couldn’t let sit for a few days and needed immediate attention…., he got me in immediately, parts replaced and in and out again same day! Words cannot explain how great the service Leon has! Thank you so much for all you do Leon!
