2020 Models:
The 2020 Ram 1500's had three different engine options: the 3.0l engine, the 3.6l engine and the 5.7l engine.
The towing capacity for the 2020 Ram 1500's ranged quite a bit, 6,390 pounds at the lower end and going up to 12,750 pounds.
The 2020 1500's equipped with the 3.6l engine had some of the lowest tow ratings, according to the charts, ranging from 6,390-7,710 pounds. The 3.0l engine held the moderate to higher ratings, ranging in specs from 7,850-12,560 pounds and the 5.7l engine had the highest specs on the charts (in general), ranging from 8,120-12,750 pounds.
